@ What are the extra costs that you charge for your services based on?

1. The 5 euro + 5% of the total productprice are a fee for the work that has been done. Parts of this service are: research for the customer, writing e-mails, going to the postoffice, sending the items, etc.
2. The 1% of the extra costs for the usage of our creditcard are based on what the creditcard companies charge for their service for the usage of the creditcard in a foreign country.
3. The extra costs for using Paypal are based on the costs of Paypal. Paypal charges us for the service they provide. The only thing we do is take that charge and charge that same charge to the customer.


@ Why do you sent your packages via USPS?

Our experiences has shown us that USPS is extremely reliable and cheap. But if you want to sent your products through another company (FedEX or UPS) than just request that in your contacts with us.


@ You have a conversation rate on your website. What rate do I use for my order if that conversation rate changes in that time frame?

U use the conversation rate for you order at the moment of you ordering your products..
